We are pleased to offer this original UK RHD Triumph TR6, presented in Damson red with black vinyl interior.
The car was sold new in 1971 and in use up until 1988, when it was put into dry storage.
In 2008 it was uncovered and work began to put this TR6 back on the road. The car is in incredible original condition due to the car being heavily wax-oiled when it was parked up in 1988.
Interior is the original from new and is in lovely condition.
Our TR6 comes with a huge history file with invoices spanning from the mid 70’s all the way to more recent times which shows all recent work carried out.
A full suspension overhaul was carried out less then a year ago which makes this TR6 ride and handle the way it should. Telescopic damper kit has been fitted to the rear.
The car originally used a fuel injection system which has now been converted to SU Carburettors and due to this drives absolutely beautifully. This setup is more reliable then the original injection system, and once set up correctly, which we have done, gives a better throttle response and a more pleasurable driving experience.
Four speed manual with overdrive.
Our workshop has carried out a full comprehensive service which includes all fluids, filters, ignition timing, tune and tappets. We have also gone through all of the brakes, suspension, steering and running gear to ensure this TR6 is ready for the open roads and to be enjoyed.
